Tapping (EFT) for Stress Reduction

On Wednesday, April 1st, at 6:30PM, please join Ashley Cooper, LMHC for a free 45 minute workshop. Ashley will teach you how to utilize Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for stress relief.

EFT is an evidence-based therapeutic method that significantly decreases anxiety, improves resting heart rate, and decreases cortisol levels in the body. And most importantly, you can do it yourself, anytime!

By tapping on specific pressure points, you can send signals of calm and ease to your nervous system. During the group, you will learn how to tap, and there will be time for questions and answers about what you've learned!
