Emma Carhart, LCSW
I believe in our inherent wisdom and ability to heal. The fact that you’re reading this now, and considering seeking support, tells me that part of you (maybe a big part, or maybe just a tiny part!) believes that, too. Working from a place of curiosity, together we can navigate your unique healing process.
Health is possible.
I encourage the exploration of both the light and dark that inhabit our internal landscapes. Together we will uncover how outdated beliefs may obstruct your personal growth. Through shifting beliefs, it becomes possible to change behaviors that are no longer serving you so you can feel better.
As a therapist who is also trained as a yoga teacher, I work with individuals and run group workshops incorporating mindfulness, breath work and yoga. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I hold a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Prior to joining Erika Malm Collective, I worked with eating disorders at both the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.
