A Harm Reduction Approach To Psychedelics
Our greatest aspiration is to help people access their fullest and most authentic selves. We believe that when we’re aligned, alive, and healthy, we can live full and meaningful lives and make a positive impact on our communities.
There are so many ways to heal.
One size doesn’t fit all.
Part of your path to health may be through the use of psychedelics. If so, we use a harm reduction approach to help you understand the risks and benefits of psychedelic use. We’ll also explore alternative methods to reach your desired goals, to help you make an informed decision.
Together we’ll set realistic expectations and create intentions, and will provide psychedelic integration therapy to help maximize the therapeutic benefit of your experience.
As a practice that specializes in treating trauma, we’re particularly excited about the promising research that demonstrates the efficacy of MDMA for the treatment of trauma.
Despite the prevalence of PTSD, with an estimated one in 11 people diagnosed in their lifetime, and women twice as likely to be diagnosed than men, the mental health community often fails both therapeutically and pharmacologically to effectively treat PTSD. We are eager for MDMA to be legally accessible in the near future, to help many people access full health who have been unable to with the current treatments available.
